ORIGIN Footwear – Returns & Exchanges Policy

At ORIGIN Footwear, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping

Free shipping applies to all orders over R1000 within South Africa.

Orders below R1000 will incur a standard delivery fee at checkout.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges on eligible items.

If you need to exchange your footwear for a different size or style, the following conditions apply:

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition

Original packaging must be intact and included

Collection Fee

A collection fee of R125 applies to all exchanges

This fee covers courier collection and handling costs

Once the item is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed.

No Returns / No Refunds

Please note the following policy carefully:

🚫 ORIGIN Footwear does not offer returns or refunds.

We do not accept returns for refunds or store credit

Sale items, promotional items, and discounted products are final sale

Refunds will only be considered where required by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), such as in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects

Faulty or Defective Items

If you believe your item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect:

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order

Email info@originfootwear.co.za with your order number and clear photos of the issue

All claims will be assessed individually in line with South African consumer protection laws.

Important Notes

Items showing signs of wear will not qualify for exchange

Incorrect size selection does not constitute a defect

ORIGIN Footwear reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the above criteria
